Since the modem has limited power, you don't
need to obtain a license to use the modem. The modem enables you to have
long-distance radio data communication by a high efficiency amplifier installed
in the modem. You can use the modem as a repeater with a transmitter and
a receiver.
The modem is used to transmit and to receive Standard compensation signal
(RTK data, DGPS data, etc.) in GPS surveying and is used for radio transmission
of RS232C data between computers. |

The transmitter is designed to work in DC10V_DC32V, which is considered
to be relatively wide. The transmitter is protected by a special water-proof
resin case which is designed to easily transmit electrical waves.

area low power consumption modem receiver
A Radio reception preamplifier is installed in the receiver and the
distance of radio reception is greatly improved. The receiver can
be connected to a GPS made by various makers with a special cable.
If you use the GPS which has a power supply, you can use the GPS with
only one cable which provides the receiver with data and power. The
data can be distributed to two RS232 output and one RS422 output by
an installed distributor circuit. |

low power radio modem Receiver (for SR530)
The installed radio reception preamplifier drastically improves the
reception distance. Since B.P.F (Band Path Filter) is installed, only
limited area low power radio band, 429MHz goes through; more stability
is established. Leica's GPS SR530 is an all-in-one type GPS, you are
free from the connection of troublesome cables. |
