Construction vehicles sometimes pass through areas where schools and houses are located when they go to construction sites or to places to dump soil or sand. When such vehicles pass through the schlor residential areas, a small-size mobile device (iPAQ) which is installed in the vehicles activates a warning voice announcement to drivers to be more careful.
