GPS deep and shallow measurement system, GPMate-ECHO is....

・Very accurate GPS data and the data from an ultrasonic wave depth measurement device are synthesized in real-time.

・Measured data is accurately processed in real-time and both wake and the depth of measured points are displayed on the monitor screen.

・The system enables you to confirm abnormal data at measurement sites and enables you to reconfirm the measurement values.

・You no longer have to do any additional work for measurements at your office with the system.

Outline
Real-time deep and shallow measurement system is the system which is capable of synthesizing X/Y/Z produced by Real-Time Kinematic (RTK) and Off the Fly (OTF) for precision survey GPS. And the measurement values produced by ultrasonic depth measurement devices without post-processing analysis.

The system is capable of recording three-dimensional data on a laptop computer and is capable of displaying the data on the monitor screen.

GPS is installed at the designated point with coordinates on the fixed point side and the GPS data is transmitted to the movable points continuously via radio transmissions.

The GPS on the movable point side instantly analyses calculations of its own data from the data received from the GPS on the fixed point side. Then, it outputs the calculated data to a personal computer or other device once every second by synthesizing the coordinates as the outcome of the precision calculation of 2cm with the measurement value from ultrasonic wave depth measurement devices.

The software installed in a personal computer converts coordinates data to pubic and local coordinates data and displays the data as graphics on the monitor display. The software also does data recording, past data imaging displays, automatic setting of GPS, the calculation of designated coordinates conversion, and GPS remote control.

As long as the GPS receiver you use is for NMEA, you can use it for measurements regardless of the brand of the receiver.

The height "A" of the present mobile station antenna can measure it with relative relations from the base station by the measurement which GPS was used for when the coordinate height of the base station is set up in the height of TP and the depth of water value from DL (0m) is measured.

The height "C" of the surface of the water is calculated by input's (offset) doing height from the antenna to the surface of the water "B" for the application at present.

Because the height "C" of the surface of the water is height with TP at present, height from the surface of the water to TP (0m) "D" can be calculated.

Depth from TP (0m) can be known if height from the surface of the water to TP "D" is deducted from the depth of water value "F" of the bathymeter.

Furthermore, the depth of water value from DL (0m) can be found by input's (offset) doing height from TP (0m) to DL (0m) for the application to record depth from DL (0m).

Performance
Measurement (general)
This measurement is used for deep and shallow survey work including displaying and recording GPS data and depth measurement devices.

Measurement (lines)
This measurement is used for deep and shallow measurement work along with measurement lines. The measurement lines which are registered in advance are displayed on the monitor screen. It is possible for you to do reliable work by operating a measurement boat along with the measurement lines on the monitor screen.

Tracking (Guidance)
Since the relative relation between the coordinates which are registered in advance and a target point is displayed on the monitor screen, it is possible for you to reach the target point while watching the monitor screen.

Record display
Past record can be displayed on the monitor screen exactly as they were at the time of recording.
GPS automatic setting (fixed and movable points)
The software automatically does GPS settings by remote control via a RS232C cable instead of being done with keys. *

Registration of measurement lines
Measurement lines are registered and displayed on a monitor screen by registering the data of planned measurement lines in X and Y coordinates

Sketch registration
A simple sketch is displayed on a monitor screen by registering the lines to be drawn in X and Y coordinates.

Tracking registration
X and Y coordinates of tracking is registered.

Coordinates conversion
Mutual coordinates calculation of WGS-84, Tokyo Datum, public and local coordinates are accomplished.
