GPRoller is a vibrating roller
pressure control system which was developed based on RTKGPS. It is
very important to control the quality of landfills and related work
on a large-scale project when creating new land. The system controls
heavy industrial pressure machines (vibrating roller type) by setting
the proper amount of pressure needed.
It is possible for you to monitor the track of vibrating rollers on
a construction site and to accurately control the pressure conditions
of the GPRoller. The GPRoller enables you to control the ground surface
conditions during the construction process. Previously, it was impossible
to control ground surface conditions during the construction phase.
GPRoller measures the locations of the vibrating rollers which are
dispersed on a leveling site. The real-time data is displayed on a
monitor screen showing how many times pressure has been applied to
the ground. The operator can confirm the data on the monitor screen
and adjust the pressure if needed.
GPRoller sends the data to the computer in the control room via radio
transmissions, then inputs and displays the condition of leveling
land on the monitor screen of the computer. Therefore, GPRoller enables
you to comprehensively control the data in the control room and utilizes
FOG (Fiber Optics Gyro) so that the system can performs in mountainous
areas where view is limited. GPRoller also enables you to know the
actual hardness of the ground surface by obtaining data of the ground
with an acceleration sensor.
GPRoller enables you to improve the quality of work and to shorten
the time necessary for the project. The system also enables you to
reduce the over all cost.
