WaterLevel is a fluid and wave measuring system that utilises 24GHz mm-wave radar. With a very simple setup, by simply placing the radar facing towards the surface and fixing it in place such as on the side of a bridge or pipeline, highly accurate and safe water level measurement has never been easier. The data is transmitted wirelessly to a PC. A 2 stage warning can be implemented in the event that the water level exceeds a certain threshold, making it a great option for a workplace that constantly changes in water level.

System Overview

Remote Monitoring
The measurement of the water and wave level is monitored remotely by using a radar that is fixed onto a bridge or pipeline. The radar is placed perpendicular to the surface and the data gathered is transmitted wirelessly to a PC for remote monitoring, granting information to the operator without the need of being physically present.

Operation Screen Example

Water Level and Wave Height Data Graph
Water level data is gathered every second whereby the significant wave value is then determined every 10 minutes. If this value surpasses the set threshold, an alert or a warning will sound depending on the severity (Severity can be specified).

Significant wave value is determined from the average of the top 33% of the water height data gathered.

Automatic Recording

Twice a day at specified times, an automatic significant wave value report is recorded.
